From Beginner to Ring
Arrive on Friday afternoon and get straight to it with a 1 hour coaching and pads session.
Relax for the rest of the evening...as you'll need your energy on Saturday!
We'd suggest a very light breakfast as soon after you'll be doing a 1 hour pad and bag session, followed by a stretching warm down. Make yourself a good, nutritious brunch as in the afternoon the team from Conflict Muay Thai will come over and put you through a 2 hour teaching and work-out session. The rest of the evening is yours...you may want to sleep.
Sunday starts as per Saturday with a 1 hour bag session and stretching. And in the afternoon you'll be taken over to the Conflict Muay Thai camp for another two hour session that'll end with you in the ring for supervised sparring to your level of comfort.
We'd suggest on Sunday evening you cook a pasta and enjoy it with a glass of wine - you will have earned it!
Winter Sessions (October to March) £550 Total
Summer Sessions (April to Sept. excl. August) £750 Total
Max four people - ideal for two couples. All four do not have to participate (you may want to just chill and let the others get on with it!)
If you can't do three nights, let us know and we can adjust and cost for a two night course.
